ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट स्थित देविका गोल्ड होम्स सोसाइटी में बिल्डर और उसके स्टाफ स्टेट मैनेजर यतेंद्र ठाकुर की घोर लापरवाही और उपेक्षाओं के कारण समस्याएं दिन प्रतिदिन बढ़ती जा रही है, निवासी कूड़े के ढेर के बीच रहने को मजबूर है, कल से हाउस कीपिंग स्टाफ कई महीने से सैलरी ना मिलने के कारण हड़ताल पर चला गया है जिससे सोसाइटी में जहां तहां कूड़े का ढेर लगा हुआ है
होली का त्योहार है और संक्रामक बीमारियों का खतरा और बढ़ गया, निवासी परेशान और भयभीत हैं, पीछे भी सोसाइटी में गार्ड हड़ताल पर चले गए थे सुरक्षा की व्यवस्था अभी भी पटरी पर नहीं है लोग वैसे ही असुरक्षित महसूस कर रहे थे कि अब गंदगी फैलने से बीमारी का खतरा भी मदराने लगा है , अथॉरिटी भी सुन नहीं रही ना ही कोई कार्यवाही कर रही है
सोसाइटी के निवासी प्रवीन सिंह, आशीष कुलकर्णी , मुकुल मिश्रा आनंद सिंह आदि ने बताया कि स्टेट मैनेजर आता ही नहीं है ना ही मेंटेनेंस ऑफिस में कोई स्टाफ रहता है , यह हम लोगों से नियमित पैसा ले रहा है लेकिन आगे स्टाफ को पैसे नहीं देता इसलिए भारी समस्या उत्पन्न ही रही है , यही हाल रहा तो सोसाइटी के लोग बड़ा आंदोलन करने को बाध्य होंगे
नेफोमा अध्यक्ष अन्नू खान ने बताया मूलभूत सुविधाओं से अधिकतर सोसाइटी निवासी परेशान है बिल्डरों के खिलाफ शिकायत का कोई असर नही होता है पीड़ित निवासियों की कही सुनवाई नही हो रही है देविका गोल्ड होम्ज़ सोसाइटी में पिछले कई वर्षों से मूलभूत सुविधाओं की समस्या चल रही है, बिल्डर ने निवासियों को ठगने का कार्य किया है ।
