Election notice was issued by Shri Sudhir Uppal ji, Election Officer of Sector 51, in which complete schedule of the election was mentioned, according to the notice the date of filing of nomination paper was October 9, 2022 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.The date of withdrawal of nomination paper was fixed as 11 October 2022.*
*The date for displaying the final list was fixed as October 13, 2022.*
*And the time for the election was fixed between 10:30 am to 1:00 p.m on 16 October 2022 and after that the counting of votes and result declaration program was kept.*
This election notice was sent by speed post to all the eligible members of Sector 51 on 3rd October 2022 and all the election related information was also made available on the official group of RWA Sector 51 and all the residents were requested that all member to clear their outstanding dues which is mandatory for contesting the elections, the date for clearing all dues for participate in the election by clearing all his dues was fixed as 7 October 2022.
Today on 16-010-2022 we would like to inform you with great pleasure that today the list of the newly elected team was placed in front of all the residents and members by the Election Officer in a programme held at the Children’s park of Sector 51.
*According to the list, only 17 nomination papers were recieved for 17 posts by the Election Officer Shri Sudhir Uppal ji from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on October 9, 2022, and all the members are unanimously elected, and are declared elected today.*
